Aged Kyphi incense made specifically for Dionysian rites. Made with frankincense, myrrh and other precious resins, calamus root, juniper berries, cherries, raisins, my homemade strawberry-hibiscus mead, red wine, honey, and other herbs and botanicals sacred to Dionysus.

Ingredients are added on subsequent days, then hand rolled into pellets suitable for burning on a charcoal disk. I suggest cutting a piece in half and after your charcoal disk has turned to white ash on top, place a small piece of aluminum foil on the disk, then place the piece of Kyphi on the foil. This prevents the Kyphi from burning too fast and allows the scent to fully release. Your Kyphi will melt and smolder rather than burn using this method.

Kyphi does not spoil and gets better with age. Store in an airtight container.
